Per City Code 1349.20, no owner or occupant of any premise shall maintain or permit the following on their property:

• Broken or dilapidated fences, walls or other structures
• Rugs, rags or other materials hung on lines or in other places (not being used for general household or housekeeping purposes)
• Broken or dilapidated, unusable furniture, mattresses or other household furniture
• Broken glass, plastic materials, paints, miscellaneous coverings, rubbish, garbage, refuse and/or any other materials placed on the premise in such a manner as to be unsightly, grotesque or offensive to the senses

In addition,

• Rubbish, garbage and refuse MUST be located in a container per Chapter 955
• Any appliance, chair, sofa, bed, table or other related item or similar furniture which is not designed and intended to be exclusively outdoors and exposed to the elements, is prohibited.
