Per City Code 1125.15, junk vehicles are unlicensed, dismantled and inoperable vehicles. These vehicles shall not be parked or stored on residential property unless in a completely enclosed building. 

Junk vehicles pose safety concerns, lower property values and has potential environmental hazards (such as leaking fluids that contaminate the ground). Reporting junk vehicles allow Code Enforcement to investigate ensure proper disposal or removal of the issue.
